All of our architectural foam shapes are designed and fabricated with accurate computerized technology. This allows standard and customized shapes to be readily produced with consistency and short lead times.

All our Architectural Foam Shapes are fabricated from Wall Specification Grade EPS. WSG EPS meets tough exterior wall specifications. EPS has been used in the construction industry for over 30 years for the following qualities it provides:

  • Combines High R-Value and rigid strength with resiliency.
  • STRONG & LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN - Minimal weight is place on the building, frequently eliminating the need for additional structural reinforcements.
  • EXCELLENT SURFACE BONDING - Architectural Foam Shapes can be adhesively or mechanically attached to a variety of substrates.
  • Recommended positive 6 in 12 slope on all horizontal surfaces by E.I.F.S. Manufactures. This can be incorporated into all standard and custom architectural foam shapes.

EIFS CONFORMANCE

We offer three protective coating types as classified by the Exterior Insulation and Finish System Manufactures Association (E.I.M.A.).

  • Polymer Modified Mineral (PM) acrylic and mineral combination systems.
  • Polymer Base (PB) acrylic systems.
  • Mineral Base (MB) cementation systems
